A short enjoyable trip :)

Hello there, moving on yo..!!

We went down to KL the very next morning, headed straight to my aunt's place for breakfast. Yup, a catch-up session with my aunt before proceeding to Sunway. It has been quite a while since I last visited her.

We also managed to meet up with Andrea and Li Weng for lunch at O'Viet Vietnamese Cuisine, Sunway Pyramid. The food there was okay, not mind-blowing good, but not bad either. Actually I'm not a big fan of Vietnamese Cuisine. Don't ask me why! Lol.

Initially, we had planned to go over to the city centre and do some shopping. But since we're meeting up with Natasha for dinner at USJ Taipan, we decided we might as well just bum around at Sunway Pyramid due to time constraints.

The mall was so damn packed with people! After almost 3 hours of continuous walking, my legs started to feel sore and tired. And my shopping mood gradually died out. I needed something cold to quench my thirst and refresh me.

The very first thing that came into my mind - my all-time fave soya ice series. So off we go to Snowflake at SS15! The boyfriend and I shared two bowls of the soya ice series. Yummeh! We chilled and chatted for a while before going to pick up Natasha at 7 o'clock sharp.

For our dinner, we went to Murni USJ Taipan, where we ordered Roti Hawaii and Roti Beckham. As for drinks, Adrian and I shared a HUGE jar of Ice Blended Mango Juice. We weren't expecting such HUGE jar, so we weren't able to finish it! Damn, I should've taken a picture of it.

After we had eaten our dinner, we moved on, deciding to go to Summit USJ to buy some DVDs (upon Adrian's request). It was such a disappointment that the shop has closed down or moved IDK! Never mind, we decided to leave and try our luck at the SS15 DVD shop instead. But obviously luck wasn't on our side as that shop was closed too! =.="

Okay la, we surrender la! After dropping Natasha off for the night (so happy to be able to spend some time with her), we headed to Puchong to meet up with Becky. We hung out at ICONS Music and had a great time just catching up.

Alright, I'm not going into every single detail of what happened on my Saturday night. I'm not going to get too long-winded here.

Let's proceed to our Sunday morning.. We woke up at 8am or maybe a little earlier and grabbed a quick breakfast at Alison Restaurant Sri Petaling; Claypot Loh Shu Fun & Hakka Mee ftw! Hehe. We waited 30 minutes for the Hakka Mee, but I must say it was well worth it once we started eating.

Then we went to Love & Lace Studio to order the photographs from my graduation ceremony which was held in July this year. Our next stop was of course Pavilion KL! Lol. He wanted to watch a movie at GSC Pavilion. So yeah, we watched The Lion King in 3D and we loved it! It's an absolute classic and I definitely recommend going to see it (fyi, the movie is only for a limited 2-week run in theaters!).

And shopping sprees right after the movie!!! We skipped lunch, hmm not exactly, we kind of had our lunch in the cinema (1901 hotdogs & popcorn). Haha. So we've got more time for shopping mah :P

The rest of the day was pretty much spent mall-hopping in the city; from Pavilion to Fahrenheit 88 to Lot 10 to Sungei Wang... Trust me, there just wasn't enough time to shop! Too many shops, too little time! And before we knew it, the sky had turned dark. It was already time to fill up our stomach. We made our way to Sushi Zanmai for dinner and stuffed ourselves silly with lots of sushi before heading back to Ipoh for the night.

The following day, we had breakfast together with his colleague at a coffee shop near his office. Then I was off, headed back to Penang. I was quite impressed that I drove all the way down to Ipoh and then back to Penang, all by myself lor.. Almost got lost on the highway, luckily I was smart enough! Lol.

Just a short note to thank you my darling for making this such a seamless, enjoyable trip. It was one of the best weekends we've had in a long time huh! Very satisfied with our purchases, especially our winter clothes from UNIQLO. Hmm actually, it's more like "my purchases" cause I bought more stuff. Hehehe :D

* Sorry guys, I was too excited catching up with my girls, eating, shopping, etc that I neglected to take any photos. Oops!
